TOTAL RELAXATION WHILE DETOXIFYING THE ENTIRE BODY
Our infrared sauna is similar to a traditional sauna, but it uses infrared light to heat you directly instead of heating the air. The result is a much more comfortable experience. Saunas help rid the body of toxins while cleansing the skin with the excess sweating, they increase circulation to facilitate better recovery, heat stress causes your body to release heat shock proteins to promote muscle growth, and using a sauna can increase your body’s time to fatigue, meaning you’ll develop more endurance. Plus the heat stress causes your bodies to release the same chemical that causes ‘the runner’s high’. Saunas are an easy way to boost performance while relaxing.
Our Sauna also comes equipped with a chromotherapy light. Chromotherapy is used in hospitals to help manage depression that comes from seasonal affective disorder, but our light also cycles through different colors to produce different effects. We can increase circulation and sweating, or set it to more calming colors. Our infrared sauna sessions only take 30 minutes to feel completely rejuvenated.

Five Freemotion cable machines allow full flexion and extension
Abdominal / Bicep machine features the exclusive swivel pulleys and extensive cable travel that can only be found with the GENESIS line. Moving beyond the traditional curl, users can perform compound movements like a single-leg standing biceps curl to overhead press with complete range of motion to add versatility and challenge to a program. Change up the angle of the load and the position of the handles to hit specific area of the biceps and forearms and build grip strength.
Lat machine
Features an adjustable thigh pad that is contoured and swivels for a comfortable fit to isolate the lower body. The signature swivel pulleys with extensive cable travel give users the range of motion to perform seated, standing and dynamic pulldown movements.
Quad / Hamstring machine trains all of the leg muscles to work together for sports or engaging in activities of daily living. The DS Quad/Hamstring machine uses the GENESIS™ swiveling pulleys and extensive cable travel to offer fluid motion whether performing a standing curl or dynamic soccer kick. The ability to train the entire lower body on one unit saves valuable floor space in the weight room.
Deltoid machine Utilizing cable-based training with convenient, interchangeable snap-clip aluminum swivel pulleys—the Deltoid machine targets specific arm muscles from a seated or standing position. An adjustable thigh pad comfortably secures legs throughout the workout while the padded, pivoting seat pad quickly folds up and away to switch between seated and standing positions.
Chest / Shoulder machine
Offers two exercise options in one machine. The Chest/Shoulder machine is built with an elegant design making transitioning to different exercises a breeze. Dual weight stacks and handles that move independently allow for single and alternating arm exercises while the swiveling pulleys provide fluid cable travel.
Group Fitness Rooms
Two large group fitness rooms offer additional cardio space, as well as a quiet place to meditate.
